Cambridge Place

The site at Cambridge Place in Aylesbury was part of a wider, three-phase redevelopment of the local area. The scheme was designed to be 100% affordable, with high quality apartments that met the Nationally Described Space Standards. The site is located in a sustainable central location in Aylesbury and has excellent public transport links.

As the existing pre-fabricated building was not able to be converted, a new build design was proposed that is sympathetic to the local character and ties in with the adjacent Sloane House development. Full height glazing ensures the apartments are well lit and oriel windows were introduced to provide privacy from the adjacent development.
