Edge Street

The site at Edge Street in Aylesbury was purchased with the benefit of outline approval for up to 33 dwellings. Avebury subsequently submitted a full planning application for 38 dwellings, an improvement of 15% over the original permission.

In addition to obtaining full planning permission, Avebury were also involved in securing a Housing Association to purchase the site from the developer and construct the apartment block.
